Survey Officer

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall handle research of survey data such as: land titles, lot data computations, cadastral map, and survey plans.
• Shall handle liaison work for the company with concerned government agencies such as:  Municipal Assessor’s Office (various municipalities), Registry of Deeds, Land Registration Authority, DENR-LMB, Cenro, and Penro.
• Shall be in-charge of doing Geohazard Maps research.
• Shall be responsible for the submission, monitoring, and consolidation of subdivision plans & subdivision plans for approval to the concerned government agency.
• Shall be responsible for the certification of survey instrument & equipment to the Land Management Bureau.

Requirements:

• Must  possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and Professional License in Civil or Geodetic Engineering
• Must have at least a year of work experience in the related field/
• Preferably with 1-4 Yrs experience in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural.
• Must be willing to work overtime from time-to-time and must be able to meet deadlines.
