Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an in-house sales team composed of at least ten (10) property consultants;
- Create sales strategies and initiate own sales activities for the group;
- Develop and motivate team members to ensure delivery of prescribed sales target;
- Prepare weekly sales report;
- Recruit team members.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course;
- Highly motivated and has strong leadership and management skills;
- Must have at least 2 years related work experience;
- Must have a good track record in sales;
- Male or female between 25 to 35 years old.
