THE Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Greenfield Development Corp. have sealed a deal to venture into a residential development in Laguna. Jeffrey Campos, Greenfield president said BPI will invest in the development of the 17-hectare property in Santa Rosa City into an upper middle-class residential project.
“I am very proud to say that it is the first joint venture that BPI ever had with a land developer to do their property outside the Ayala [group],” he told reporters.
He said the project would start construction sometime next year.
“We have not finished our planning. We’ve just signed two or three months ago. No name yet for the project, but it will be all horizontal development,” he added.
