TWIN OAKS PLACE, the country’s first Future Ready Home featuring fiber-to-the-home connectivity in a condominium development by Greenfield Development Corporation (GDC), held its first pouring ceremony recently. Twin Oaks Place located in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong and its state-of-the art fiber-optic technology will completely revolutionize the lifestyle of modern city dwellers. Twin Oaks Place is a 43-storey building inclusive of a 3-level commercial podium, 2 levels of amenities and 5 basement levels for parking. Twin Oaks Place is expected to be topped-off on the fourth quarter of 2013. The event was attended by the officers and representatives of GDC, (owner and developer); Rchitects, (project architect); JACMI, (construction manager); Sy2 + Associates, Inc. (structural designer); Datem (general contractor) and CISCO (information communication technology advisor).
