Marketing Officer

JOB SUMMARY:      

Under the direct supervision of the Project Team Head, ensures the achievement of sales target, by conceptualizing and implementing various strategic marketing activities.  

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Organizes events for in-house property consultants and brokers network group by monitoring and supervising the event proper and making sure that everything is in place.

2.  Conceptualizes and designs below-the-line marketing collaterals by providing design sets to choose from so that consumers have wider choice selections.

3.  Ensures that exhibit booths are installed in strategic locations and are properly manned to generate sales/income for the company.

4. Coordinates with suppliers, contractors and agencies by monitoring and overseeing installations of different marketing collaterals to ensure that these are within company standards.

5.  Directs field office personnel in implementing both marketing and technical requirements of various events by continuous communication to ensure that the place/venues and all marketing collaterals are ready and properly installed prior to the event.

6.  Organizes site and property orientations for brokers and property consultants by scheduling meetings and presentations to orient them on the ongoing developments of projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a graduate of any four (4)-year course;
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience;
• Has strong leadership skills;
• Must have excellent communication skills, oral and written;     
• Male or female between 25 to 29 years old.
