Leasing Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Shall handle the day-to-day leasing operations of the division consisting of BPO accounts, corporate lessees, and the like;
• Shall be responsible for the sourcing of new lessees for vacant and/or soon to be vacant spaces;
• Shall be responsible for the sourcing of BPO clients for potential build-to-suit projects in Greenfield owned properties;
• Shall oversee the day-to-day performance of the Leasing Officers and/or staff of the division.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-yr business related course from reputable schools.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the real estate leasing operations handling office, BPO and residential properties.
• Must have people management skills and a good negotiator.
• Must be personable, presentable and fluent in both English and Tagalog.
• Must have above average communication skills and can present to senior executives.
• Goal oriented and innovative.
• Male or female between 27 to 33 years old.
