The GREENFIELD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (GDC) recently hosted an open house for the launch of Pramana Residential Park’s new phase, Pramana West gardens in Greenfield City, Santa Rosa, Laguna.
The day was marked by several activities, such as a cooking demo by chef Tristan Encarnacion, spa treatments for guests, pot painting and flower planting, and acoustic musical performances.
Guests were toured in the model houses of the new development.
Pramana is an integral part of Greenfield City. It claims to be the first residential park community in the country where over half of the community is devoted to parks and playgrounds, view corridors, meditation gardens and recreational venues such as a basketball court, clubhouse and children’s play area.
Now with 23 ha, the new area doubles the space of the residential park; but only half of the total land area would be devoted to houses.
Pramana is accessible via the Mamplasan, Sta. Rosa and ABI-Greenfield Interchanges, and is approximately 40 km from Makati and less than 25 minutes from Alabang. It is surrounded by the Sta. Rosa Business Park.
The Paseo Commercial Center, a top dinning and shopping destination in the area, is also a development of Greenfield.
Schools like St. Scholastica’s College, Brent International School, De La Salle-Canlubang and Don Bosco College are in neighboring Pramana.
GDC is into residential developments, lifestyle shopping centers, office buildings, industrial parks, golf courses, country clubs and business districts.
